Worked two separate C-level coaching engagements. One extended for a second term, and the client engagement expanded to also include a small group coaching program for several middle managers.

Telecommunication Industry

Managed multiple new leader assimilation experiences for VP/SVP clients as well as 1x1 coaching for middle managers and early career leaders participating in talent pipeline programs.

Nonprofit Industry

Provided 1x1 executive coaching to several C-level executives as part of an entire senior management team participating simultaneously in individual coaching engagements.
