Dan has trained and developed leaders all levels. His goal with all training and development is to be practical and relevant with his approach so that leaders can apply immediately.
Dan has trained traditional in-person classes, virtual development series, talent pipeline programs, town halls, and keynote addresses.

Healthcare Industry
An interactive half-day workshop for a leadership team focused on resetting leadership expectations tied to a significant organizational shift. Leaders then participated in quarterly virtual coaching circles to apply key leadership skills to prioritized business drivers (ex., new brand launch).
Energy Industry
Three SAL Faculty facilitate an annual development day for four years in a row co-facilitated from three locations to drive employee engagement, skill development, strategic alignment of the ERGs and key business priorities.
Nonprofit Industry
A year-long leadership program focused on middle management growing their voice and influence through five learning modules plus four action learning projects accelerating innovation in the organization.
