The Self-Aware Leader 4-Month Virtual Development Program

Businesses lean on middle management to help organizations operate as one and at scale. Self-awareness is the leadership muscle that increases perspective on what moves need to be made next, why, and how. It accelerates and activates successful reinvention.

SAL24x is our current 4-month, 100% virtual program for middle managers to grow their self-awareness in an intentional and meaningful way. This experience includes four modules focused on the core tenets of the SAL model. Information about our next cohort that will begin in early 2025 will be available soon.

Program details:

• Sept. to Dec. 2024 (registration closes Aug. 26, 2024)

• Middle manager development plus new track for trainers/coaches

• Four modules, one 2hr class,1hr coaching circle per month

• Two 1x1 coaching sessions plus a diverse team of 7 talented faculty.
